“HTTP Proxy Authentication Required” when installing or updating Eclipse plugins

Problem

Even we specified HTTP proxy in Network Connections, “HTTP Proxy Authentication Required” is still shown when installing or updating Eclipse plugins

Add below line into eclipse.ini under -vmargs

Dorg.eclipse.ecf.provider.filetransfer.excludeContributors=org.eclipse.ecf.provider.filetransfer.httpclient4
