I have some problems on eBay accounts. So I seek help by sending email to eBay customer services fisrt. It will cost 24 hours to 48 hours to get one response. Too long, isn’t it?
Accidentally, I found a new feature on the right side of eBay.com – “Live Help”. There are some online staffs will serve the customer one to one by instant messages. Yeah! I got the help immediately.
That is better than phone service, because I will not have to pay some charges or wait for the boring phone process of crossing border.
eBay.com.cn has not implemented it yet. Also, almost all of our national companies cannot provide such a service to the customer. What a pity~~~
